Abstract
Lack of regular exercise can cause a range of different health problems including heart problems, strokes and type 2 diabetes. So how can we increase the amount of exercise that we take? One simple way is to make sure that we make the recommended 10,000 steps of walking per day.
This video is part of the IET Faraday's teaching resources developed in September 2015 as part of the BBC micro:bit programme and explores how the BBC micro:bit can be used to count the number of steps you take to make sure you are reaching your daily goal!
