Unipart Group, Head of Utilities Sector
Simon Everidge is the Head of the Utilities Sector for Unipart Expert Practices, the consulting arm of the Unipart Group, a global manufacturing, logistics and consultancy company. Simon joined Unipart in 2014, and he is responsible for managing their key Utilities client relationships. He is a highly experienced Program Manager, who has consistently delivered very strong results for his clients in a variety of sectors & business disciplines.Prior to joining Unipart, Simon has enjoyed an extensive & successful career spanning over 25 years in a variety of business sectors. He is an ex-GE Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, who has led a number of transformation & change programs in the UK & Europe. He is a very strong advocate for collaborative working across the organisation to deliver performance through engagement, and his many project & program successes are testament to the success of that approach.
