In this presentation, an introduction by James Wilsdon is followed by Kirsten Bound presenting the findings of the results of six months of extensive fieldwork and interviews with leading Brazilian innovators, scientists and policymakers, undertaken in partnership with the Brasilia-based think-tank CGEE.
