About the session

This free-to-attend seminar, jointly organised with ITS UK, will introduce Behavioural Psychology and Behavioural Insights (“nudge”), and indicate the potentially huge scope for applying them in Transport. Transport project management: behaviourally informed ways of working.

Behaviour change in young and novice drivers.

Behaviour Change at Transport for London.

How people deal with travel disruption.

Investigating customer experience on the railway.
