    Baxall Construction, Managing Director

    A well-known and respected leader within the UK construction industry, Malcolm originally joined Baxall from John Laing as a Contracts Manager in the 1980s. Following a management buy-out, he became Managing Director and a business partner with Nigel and Jonathan Exall in the early 1990s, Malcolm is a key figure with the National Federation of Builders with whom he progressed to National Chairman. His involvement has included National and European Government level representation and ongoing support for SMEs and localism. Having introduced and engaged both a safety-conscious and BIM culture throughout Baxall, Malcolm has championed best practice and sustainable solutions and shares knowledge industry-wide through workshops, seminars and representation on local BIM and KPI Hubs. Malcolm’s commitment to continuous improvement and developing people to their full potential has been an intrinsic part of Baxall’s culture.
