This presentation explains how the UK Government is gearing up for Level-2 BIM. The speaker defines Level-2 BIM (Building Information Modelling) and explores the common language requirements of COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange). He also explains the Level-2 BIM end-to-end process (PAS1192:2) and outlines some of the lessons learned.
