About the session

This event provides an insight in the progress of the AutoAir project. This follows the earlier presentation by Peter and Peter in November 2018, that gave a clear background to the purpose and objectives of the AutoAir projects and the Millbrook Proving Ground. Autonomous Vehicles need to operate in a self-contained manner; however, adding connectivity to the world around them enables higher safety levels and new features. The AutoAir project is deploying a network covering Millbrook’s 70kms of private test tracks with 4G & 5G cellular together with 60GHz mmWave to provide connectivity to autonomous, driver assisted and other vehicles.
