This presentation discusses Ofgem's 2002 ARM Survey and lessons learnt from the use of PAS 55 framework in new regulated areas. ARM 2002 Survey was introduced: (1) to gain assurance that systematic and co-ordinated practices are being employed by network operators, and (2) to provide context for price control and identify the sharing of good practices and continual improvement by network operators.
