    Colonel (R) Ralph Thiele is President, EuroDefense (Germany); Chairman, Political-Military Society; Managing Director, StratByrd Consulting. He held in his 40-year military career in the German Armed Forces key national and international positions. As Commander Bundeswehr Transformation Command he shaped the Bundeswehr's path towards network enabled capabilities. Today he advices on Defence Innovation in times of digital transformation. He has been frequently consulting, publishing and advising on military requirements regarding capabilities from space.
