    Dr Benito Sanz Izquierdo

    The University of Kent, Lecturer in Electronic Systems

    Benito Sanz Izquierdo received the B.Sc. from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Kent, Kent, U.K., in 2002 and 2007 respectively.From 2003 to 2012, he was a Research Associate with the School of Engineering and Digital Arts, University of Kent, and in 2013, became a lecture in Electronic Systems. In 2012, he spent some time working for Harada Industries Ltd where he developed novel antennas for the automotive industry. His research interests are multiband antennas, wearable microwave devices, substrate integrated waveguides components, electromagnetic band-gap structures and frequency selective surfaces.
