  • Part of event The Intelligent Signal Processing - ISP 2015

About the session

The provision of an intelligent information infrastructure is vital to future growth in the UK and success in this area will be underpinned by advancements in the field of signal and data processing.

With the continued explosive growth of the Internet and mobile devices there are increasing challenges in processing, analysing, visualising, and distributing signals and data, commonly acquired from a heterogeneous mix of multimodal sensors and platforms, to extract useful information from the large data sets that state of the art sensor technology is now able to collect in real time from cluttered environments.

Application domains include defence systems, the digital economy and CYBER issues, healthcare, the Internet of Things, intelligent cities and sustainability including energy management - the list is almost limitless, the common denominator for new solutions in these areas is intelligent signal processing, incorporating information extraction and visualisation.

This two-day conference will offer you with a unique opportunity to gain insight into state-of-the-art technology in the field and to network with leading UK and international researchers and scientists.
