    Tomas Jaskelevicius has experience over 10 years in engineering subcontracting business in EU. Ha been working in the field of metal processing, electronics and plastics with various manufacturing companies in Lithuania and customers in EU. Tomas runs own consultancy company PBS (Progressive Business Solutions) since 2006 which is focusing on exports and acquisitions, manufacturing processes including Monitor ERP, machine tool sales (official representative for Bystronic, Hyundai WIA, BLM etc.). Starting 2014 PBS in 50/50 partnership with one of the leading Lithuanian real estate developer EIKA became part owner of the company operating Kedainiai Free Economic zone. From 2007 Tomas leads Arginta team for the development of the company and has been actively involved in companies export activities. Arginta sales has been developed from 5MEUR to over 30MEUR in 5 years period starting 2007. Currently he is Business Development Director at Arginta Group. Public responsibilities are: Board member of Lithuanian engineering industry association LINPRA (responsible for foreign affairs), Chairman of the board at Baltic Automotive Component Cluster (BACC).
