Reflectarrays (RA) are currently perceived as an important technology for high-performance antennas, especially in space and defence applications. In this communication two acceleration methods are applied to a general-purpose moment method procedure. In particular, the synthetic functions expansion (SFX) and sparse matrix - adaptive integral method (SM-AIM) are considered. They are in many ways complementary, and both are applicable to the specific geometry of a RA. Results are presented for offset reflectarray configurations.
