The proposed novel broadly-tuneable noise radar architecture allows the use low cost commercially available components with a small size weight and power footprint avoiding bulky RF arbitrary waveform generators and synthesizers. Reconfigurable operation up to 50 GHz and a ranging resolution of 0.8 m is demonstrated.
