We demonstrated a 1.3-Tbps/carrier signal transmission over 200 km in 175-GHz-spaced 4.2-THz WDM configuration. A 168-GBaud PDM probabilistically-shaped-64QAM signal with 7.4-bps/Hz spectral efficiency was generated by an 80-GHz optical frontend module integrated with analogue multiplexers and an IQ-modulator based on indium phosphide technologies.
