About the presentation

Rail was one of the biggest transporters of spectators during the Games, carrying 90 per cent of passengers in London. In this session, Robin Gisby, Chris Burchell and Charles Horton will discuss how National Rail planned for and delivered the services for the Games. In particular they will look at how the services were flexed, and what was changed in order to cope with such a large demand.
