About the speaker

Marcus Beard is a Principal in the Transport practice of Arthur D Little. He has 14 years experience in risk management, risk assessment, model development, training delivery and safety management systems in the rail and other sectors. He leads projects with Rail Safety and Standards Board into level crossing risk, and has recently completed level crossing risk projects in Portugal and Austria. He is a Chemical Engineer by background.
