About the speaker

Mehmet Burak Guldogan holds B.S, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Bilkent University.

He is a postdoctoral fellow in the Automatic Control Group at the Linkoping University, Sweden.

His current research interests are in statistical signal processing, time-frequency analysis, estimation theory and target tracking
