Jonathan Kestenbaum is keen to listen as well as talk. He was appointed chief executive of NESTA, the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts, last November and as he explains: “Listening should be the primary objective of any new CEO. I want NESTA to become the single most potent catalyst for innovation in the UK.”
