About the presentation
Workforce availability is a key determinant in the locations chosen by industry, although the workforce need not necessarily be from the host country. UK employers increasingly use international workers and it is critical that these continue to be accessible to them. Immigrants should not just be seen as filling a skills gap, but as diversifying and enhancing the workforce.
